The brick-and-stone façade of this seven-level 125-unit structure reflects the architectural style of the adjacent 1926 Wilsonian apartment hotel. The storefront retail spaces were designed to reflect the small-shop feeling characteristic of many stores on the "Ave." This project received the mayor's Chamber of Commerce Economic Development award in 2008.
