< Years of neglect left this North Seattle home in a state of uninhabitable disrepair. The 1,472 sq. ft. home, situated on a small 38'; x 75'; in-city lot, was outdated and would not meet the needs of today’s homeowner. A second story containing two bedrooms, bathroom, and walk in closets was added over the existing building footprint. The second-story addition offered the opportunity to re-design the roofline with new roof overhangs common to the bungalow-style homes in the neighborhood.
