This period-style building has a high-tech twist, making it an eco-friendly neighbor. Recycled rainwater, photo-voltaic and solar panels complement super-insulated exterior masonry walls. This concrete and steel, five-unit, three-story structure is awaiting an LEED Gold approval. The project received an award from the Masonry Institute of Washington for best new brick work.
