Having recently purchased a 40 x 100 square feet north Capitol Hill lot the owners desired a home that maximized Lake Union views from all rooms. The resulting design provides views from all rooms with exception of the master bathroom while complying with the 25-foot height limit.
< The 17-foot high living area provides sweeping views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.
