This West Seattle home was designed to fit a 50’-wide infill city lot with a commanding western view. To accommodate the client’s spatial needs, the home was designed with four levels. The basement level contains a theater, wine cellar, and spa. The first floor is reserved for active living (kitchen, living, dining, entry, garage). The second floor contains four bedrooms, each with its own bath. The fourth level includes the owner’s business office.
< All interior rooms enjoy a western view overlooking the swim pool and terraced rear yard. This home features limestone blocks, columns and balustrades with concrete paver decks and copper and slate roofing.
