This West Seattle home was designed to fit a 50’-wide infill city lot with a commanding western view. To accommodate the client’s spatial needs, the home was designed with four levels. The basement level contains a theater, wine cellar, and spa. The first floor is reserved for active living (kitchen, living, dining, entry, garage). The second floor contains four bedrooms, each with its own bath. The fourth level includes the owner’s business office.
< The circular stair flairs out at the entry level. The ornate iron railings with hardwood caps and marble treads were built off-site and shipped to the site for installation. An elevator provides access to all four levels of the home.
