This West Seattle home was designed to fit a 50’-wide infill city lot with a commanding western view. To accommodate the client’s spatial needs, the home was designed with four levels. The basement level contains a theater, wine cellar, and spa. The first floor is reserved for active living (kitchen, living, dining, entry, garage). The second floor contains four bedrooms, each with its own bath. The fourth level includes the owner’s business office.
< A formal living and dining area open up to a covered terrace with water views across the swimming pool and rear yard. Coffered ceilings define the seating areas.
