This 5 and a half-level West Lake Sammamish home was designed to fit a steep wooded site, optimizing lake views from the upper portion of the property and giving the homeowners a “treehouse” feeling from within the residence. Every level enjoys an outdoor terrace and a view.
< Living areas were located at the top floor to capture the lake view. The steep site made on grade access difficult so outdoor living was directed to multiple level terraces.
